US Shipping

Free Shipping in the US!

All US orders are shipped USPS Certified First Class Mail. Shipping time is typically 2-5 business days depending on where you live.

Timeframes begin when we put the product in the mail, not from when the order is received. We are located in the Midwest so shipping in the US should be very timely. We believe in our product reaching you as quickly as possible.

If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, we will track your package and reship if needed. We thank you for your patience.

International Shipping

International Shipping available to Canada, UK and Europe at a flat rate of $8.00 US.

Taxes, duties, import fees and shipping fees assessed by your country's customs office are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

International shipping time is determined by your local customs office and varies depending on location. Shipping typically takes 7-30+ business days to arrive. K.C. Beard Balms is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.

International packages are shipped via USPS and cannot be tracked once they reach international customs. K.C. Beard Balms will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Returns

We 100% guarantee all of our products for freshness and quality. If it doesn't meet those standards please email support@KCbeardbalms.com to discuss and authorize return if needed. (NO SAMPLING OR TESTING)

We strive for greatness, and we want to give our customers a great product every time. If not, we will replace your product for a new one per authorization.

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to mistakes in shipping information provided, you, the customer, will be responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.
